The University of Wisconsin-Madison will host the second annual Career and Internship Exploration Month this September to highlight and promote career-related events geared toward undergraduates.

“The goal of the Career and Internship Exploration Month is help students think about their career development goals at the start of the academic year,” says Angie White, a senior student services coordinator in the College of Letters & Science. “This is a time when many employers visit campus and begin recruiting cycles. September is an opportune time for students to jumpstart their career planning at the start of the semester.”

During Career and Internship Exploration Month, campus career services units will also provide resources to help students explore career interests and develop skills that ensure success throughout their academic career and life after graduation, whether that is employment or admission to graduate or professional programs.

The events are made possibly by support of the UW-Madison Career Services Council.
