News & Notes is a collaborative effort by the College of Letters & Science, its 39 departments, five professional schools and 60 research centers. We are also a partnership with the Wisconsin Alumni Association and the University of Wisconsin Foundation. Like the college itself, News & Notes is interdisciplinary, full of variety and representative of excellence in liberal arts education.
